    • Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures.
    • Promotion through content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights is prohibited.
    • Affiliates must maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Commission Structure:
    • Affiliates earn commissions directly from the retailers they promote. Hubvurse does not handle or process these payments.
• Subscription and Payment
  • Subscription Fees:
    • Affiliates must pay a monthly subscription fee to access Hubvurse’s platform. Fees are billed automatically each month.
  • Add-On Services:
    • Optional services such as SMS and Email marketing are available as add-ons and are subject to additional fees.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Hubvurse accepts payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and Zelle
  • Failed Payments:
    • If a payment fails, the affiliate’s store will be removed from the marketplace and features will be disabled until payment is resolved. Affiliates will be notified by email to update payment information.
  • Cancellation of Services:
    • Affiliates may cancel their subscription or add-on services at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the last billing month, after which they will be terminated. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
  • Refunds:
    • Subscription and add-on fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Prohibited Activities

    • Use Hubvurse for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Engage in activities that damage or impair the functionality of Hubvurse.
